Start with the model
Tell support the manufacturer, model and operating system. Two televisions carrying the same brand may have different app stores. An Android TV guide does not necessarily apply to a television with a different system.
Use a supported installation route
Our player and integrated VPN are available on supported platforms. Other models may use a compatible third-party player. Confirm the app, publisher and any separate app fee before installing; a player purchase does not itself include a service subscription.

Sign in using the format provided with your access details, open one live channel and one on-demand title, and check sound and guide time. Use the device-specific guides below. If the device cannot run a suitable player, ask about a compatible streaming device before spending money.
