Choose a compatible player
Ask support for the current compatible player and installation route. Avoid unrelated APK download pages or apps with merely similar names. Our player and its integrated VPN are available only on supported platforms; support will confirm the appropriate option.
Sign in and test
Enter the access details exactly as supplied. Test a live channel, a movie, sound, subtitles where available and the programme-guide time. A successful login alone does not confirm the whole setup.
If something is missing
Check the active connection limit, app version and whether another stream works. Send the error message, model and local time to support. Keep your username, password and full playlist URL out of public screenshots.
