Identify the setup
Record whether your computer uses Windows or macOS. A browser and a desktop player are different viewing routes; ask which is supported for your access. Mention any soundbar or network adapter when asking for help.
Choose a compatible player
Install the confirmed player from its official distribution source. Keep the operating system and app updated and avoid public computers for stored credentials. Our player and its integrated VPN are available only on supported platforms; support will confirm the appropriate option.
Sign in and test
Enter the access details exactly as supplied. Test a live channel, a movie, sound, subtitles where available and the programme-guide time. A successful login alone does not confirm the whole setup.
If something is missing
Check the active connection limit, app version and whether another stream works. Send the error message, model and local time to support. Keep your username, password and full playlist URL out of public screenshots.
