Identify the setup
Tell support whether you use Apple TV, iPhone or iPad and which system version is installed. Player availability and controls differ. Mention any soundbar or network adapter when asking for help.
Choose a compatible player
Find the recommended compatible player in the relevant App Store. Check whether it accepts your supplied sign-in format before paying any app fee. Our player and its integrated VPN are available only on supported platforms; support will confirm the appropriate option.
Sign in and test
Enter the access details exactly as supplied. Test a live channel, a movie, sound, subtitles where available and the programme-guide time. A successful login alone does not confirm the whole setup.
If something is missing
Check the active connection limit, app version and whether another stream works. Send the error message, model and local time to support. Keep your username, password and full playlist URL out of public screenshots.
