Count a normal evening
A live match on the TV plus a film on a tablet uses two streams. Closing a player when you finish can help avoid leaving a background stream active. Several installed apps do not automatically mean several simultaneous connections.
Choose the right total
Select the screen count on the plans page and compare the full-term price. The table also lists every approved USD option. Ask support how a change would apply to an existing plan before buying another subscription.
When playback stops
Check whether another household screen is still playing. Do not share access publicly. If the number of active streams appears correct but playback fails, provide support with the player and device details so the setup can be checked.
